LED Hook: Strip v0.22 Releases

Quick spin to fix the patterns bug, when using 3 or more ALED strips. It can also happen if using 2 ALED strips, but never seen it. The bug is caused by multi-core. I removed the multi-core problem, by separating the variables. Also, the patterns were running fast like 133% to 150%. I fix that problem too. I tested it with 3 ALED strips and 4 ALED strips, and had no problems with the 4 patterns.

Also, it includes lower the power of the patterns. Can select 100%, 50%, 33%, 25%, or 12.5%. But since it is not in HOTR, it cannot be used. For HOTR v.1.3.2 and LED Hook: Strip, you will be able to select the pattern, per ALED strip. This goes for the power too. So the user will have full control of things.
