	Had A Unset Variable for the Command File Space Variable
		Fixed it Yesterday for HOTR v1.3.4E

	The Big Thing, added Support for RPEG Brooks Board
		This was a Cluster Fuck

		RPEG Books board has it's own Group File
			Created RPEG Brooks Group File Doc and Webpage
			As it has Players, 1-4
			1 Group, GRP_RGB_PLAYER
			The Lines with Pins, start with P1, P2, P3, or P4
				This seperates the RGB LEDs
				It Player can Have 20 LEDs
					Put set to 19 in RPEG Brooks Software
				Thought was 32, put only can do 20
					The USB HID can write 20 RGB LEDs
		RPEG Brooks board uses the Ultimarc RGB Commands
			Tested out the Commands, and Are Working
			Can Only Test So Much
			Sure there are Some Bugs
			Please Test Out
			The default/game file is the same as Ultimarc RGB default/game file
			Ultimarc is now UltimarcRPEG
				Ultimarc RGB is now UltimarcRPEG RGB
			The Delay Refresh for Follower_RGB_Value is 8ms for RPEG
				Can only use 1 Kind of Light Controller for Follower_RGB_Value
					Will Fix in Later Releases
		Can Now Add and Edit RPEG Brook Board into HOTR
			Supports only 1 Board
