		Was Missing One Strip in the Range
			4 Strips is 0-3, but Checking 0-4
		How the Background & Display Range Updates
			Was Not Disabling Things

		More Efficient
		Added All Commands, Just Not Needed Commands

		Also, Can Load Command and Process It

			Switches Light Controller if Needed
			Automatically Does All the Settings
