The Change Files version, has all the changes from v1.3.4 to v1.3.4E. If you are on Hook of the Reaper v1.3.3C, you can just grab this Change Files version.

Enhancements:

	Added a Space Variable to the Command File
		For a Space, use %_%
		Most Light Guns Don't Use Spaces in Commands
		But First was RKADE
			Used a Tab instead of Space
		Then PicoGun was using a Sapce
		So Thought it was Time to Add a Space Variable

	Added Follower_RGB_Value to Ultimarc Commands
		This is were it can Follow 3 Signals with 8bit Color Values
		Example is LmpSeat_R, LmpSeat_G, and LmpSeat_B Output Signals
			Each Signal is 8bit Value
		If you want RGB, then have to Add all 3 Output Signals, to One Value Group

		Major Drawback is that Ultimarc takes 8ms to Write Intensity
		To write to RGB Pins, it Takes 24ms
			8 RGB Pins Would Take 192ms (~1/5 Second)
			32 RGB Pins Would Take 768ms (~3/4 Seconds)
		Will Not Happen on RPEG Brooks Board
			To Write all RGB Pins, for All Players, takes 1ms
			~80 RGB Pins
		Might Add Follower Value to LED Hook: Strip
