Hook of the Reaper v1.3.2 & LED Hook: Strip v0.3 Releases

Hook of the Reaper, LED Hook: Strip, and ROMSniffer GitHubs are now Private:

	Found that the OpenHooker project is using a large portion of Hook of the Reaper
		Coded by PolybiusExtreme
			On GitHub and Discord
		No Credit Giving to Hook of the Reaper
		Goes against the GPL-3.0 License
			Were you give Credit and Attribution
		If the person didn't Give Credit to HOTR, then What Else?
			How Much Code did they Actually Write?
		Before I Knew about OutputHooker, PolybiusExtreme had an Enhancment Issue filed with HOTR
			They wanted Ultimarc commands added to the HOTR INI side
			After I put them in, I ask for them to be Checked Out
			10mins Later PolybiusExtreme just Cloesd the Issue with No Expalnation
			After Finding out That they Chopped Up HOTR to Make OutputHooker, I am not Too Suprized
			So PolybiusExtreme Knew about HOTR and Filed an Issue with It
		We Could Have Worked Together
			They Could have just Old MameHooker, and I can Move On to Newer Things
			Could Share LEDWiz and RPEG Brooks
			But this is NOT Going to Happen Now
			Sad So Sad


	I Do this Project for Fun
		If it is Not Fun anymore, I will Stop
		I am not in it For Fame
			Could do alot other Projects
		Not For the Money
			I have Taken $0 for this Project
			Unlike PolybiusExtreme, asking for Donations
		I have Everything that I Need
		I don't have an Arcade Cabinet
			With Light Up Buttons
		If I Turn Everything Off and Just Walk Away, I would be Fine

Update on Sinden 4 Player

	Found out that there was No Issues with the Sinden Software
		An USB HUB was causing the Sleeping Issue on 4th Sinden Light Gun
		After the Issue was Solved, All 4 Players Worked
		Did Find Issue with Gaia Attack 4
			Bug in DemulShooter, and Fixed in v17.3
				Just Released

LED Hook: Strip Bugs:

	Update Number for Display Range was only 0-999
		Should be 0-9,999
		Fixed it and Added Thousands to Update Display Range
		Fixed in v0.3

	From v0.22 Bug when 3 or More ALED Strips with Patterns
		If 3 or ALED Strips using Patterns, the 3rd Strip Didn't Work
			Could Lock Up other Strips
		Was another Multi-Core bug
		Seperated the 2 Core Variables for the Patterns
			Nothing Shared Between 2 Cores for Patterns
		Was Also Going Faster, like 133% to 150% Faster
			Slow Down to 100% Now
		Fixed in v0.22 and Later

Hook of the Reaper Bugs:

	If using Test Light Controller with LED Hook: Strip
		Patterns Messes up Testing LED Hook: Strip
		Now Turns Off Patterns, when LED Hook: Strip Controller is Selected
			Turns Back On when Not Selected, or Closes Window
		Now can Test Display Functions, without Turning Off Patterns Manually
		Fix in HOTR v1.3.2

	Was Not Checking the Struct Count for LED Hook: Strip
		If it Went over the Struct Count Value, Should Error out Game/Default File
			Can Crash the LED Hook: Strip
			Struct Count Value was 10, but Now 30 in v0.3
		Now Shouldn't See any Crashes, or Holding the String
			If you do See this, then Please file a Issue/Bug on Github

LED Hook: Strip Enhancements:

	Patterns is Now per Strip, and Not Global
		Can assign any Pattern to any Strip
			Or have No Pattern
		In HOTR v1.3.2

	Can Now Lower Intensity of the Patterns
		Lower Intensity, means Lower Power Usage
		Can Choose 100%, 50%, 33% 25%, or 12.5%
			For Each Strip, as they Have Their Own Power Assignment

	Struct Count increased from 10 to 30
		Now Flash, Random Flash, and Sequential can have up to 30 Commands
			Commands is used per Strip
				If used !0 0 1 2 3
				Counts as 4 Commands
		Updated the Flash, Random Flash, and Sequential Run Commands
			Just needed Ones, as it was 0-9, to make 10
			Added in Tens Place, so it can do 0-99 now
				Easiy to Increase Struct Count in the Future
				So it can read the 10-29 Struct Commands, for the 30

	Updated LED Hook: Strip Group File Documentation
		Added in More Info, that 1st Strip is Strip 0, 2nd Strip is 1, and so on
		That Group and Strip are Interchangeable for LED Hook: Strip
		Info that it is almost Impossible to Damage Pico 2(W) and ALED Strip(s)
			So People Shouldn't worry about Trying Things or Experimenting

Hook of the Reaper Enhancements:

	Updated LED Hook: Strip for the Pattern Changes
		Now Each Strip has Pattern and Power Next to It
			For Add Light Controller and Edit Light Controller
			Can Change Pattern and Power
		Updated Load and Save Light Controllers
			Reads in Global Pattern, and Sets all Patterns to it
			Defaults to 100% Power
			Nothing Needed from Users
				But Can Update things After Load
